Nicole's primary focus is to exceed expectations in Client Care Management. Having joined the Lancaster Team over a year ago, Nicole is enthusiastic to work with such a dynamic group of talented team members and is confident in her abilities to make the team a success. As the Client Care Manager, Nicole is able to use her skills to manage, systematize, organize and create a seamless business.

Nicole is a hard-working student at University of Toronto currently enrolled in the specialized Criminology Program. Her eagerness to learn has always been a strong attribute ever since she was a little girl. Her passion for knowledge and shopping has proved to be a valuable asset to the Lancaster Team given that she has helped stage many homes for Open Houses/Showings.  

Previous work experience in numerous marketing and administrative fields has contributed to her success. Nicole's extensive training has equipped her with the knowledge to be able to maintain and continuously improve the Lancaster Team's successful Marketing Campaigns. When clients list their homes with the team, Nicole focuses on making sure they receive the most effective degree of marketing available by creating and maintaining a dedicated website for each home.

Over the course of working with The Lancaster Team, Nicole strongly believes in providing high quality marketing campaigns to give The Team a sound presence in the Real Estate arena. She manages the day-to-day operations of the business and her focus is to do as much of the paper work as possible so that the team can concentrate on servicing buyers and sellers.

Fundamentally, her strong organizational and time management skills keep the office running efficiently. She chose to work with Susan Lancaster because she is highly respected and has a unique approach to how she does business with clients and colleagues.
