I want to thank Susan again for all the work she did in representing me when I bought my new home from a builder.

The extra time she gave, and the research to provide comparison charts, showed how much she was prepared to help me. Susan went above and beyond my expectations ... she sincerely cared about helping me find the right home.

As this was the second time I have had the opportunity to work with Susan, the first time when she sold my Mother's home back in March 2007, I'd like to offer the following observations. The patience, knowledge and honesty she exhibited at that time resulted in my Mother selling her home for 99% of list, higher than my family had anticipated. Susan also demonstrated compassion and understanding of my Mother's feelings while my Mother was selling her home of over 50 years.

I’ve had dealings with Royal LePage for just over 13 years and have been happy with the service from the beginning. It’s simply not true that you can sell your home yourself, you will never be able to get the exposure and amount of money you should get by using a Royal LePage agent. My latest experience has been with Susan Lancaster.

Right away Susan put me at ease with her pleasant demeanor and kind hearted approach. As time went on and we searched for my dream home and Susan learned about me and I learned about her. I was initially thinking to myself there’s no way this tiny, little person can negotiate me a good deal – boy was I wrong, what a pit-bull she turned into. She got me things in my new house I never thought we’d get, plus she did an unbelievable job selling my home.

Susan and I were talking after my open house, which by the way was the one and only open house I had and she told me she had taken a photography course, I couldn’t believe it – she was really serious about selling homes, a pictures a picture but I was wrong. She went on to explain why a good picture on the web is so important and she’s right, who wants to go see a house you can’t visually picture yourself living in, can’t figure the lay-out out or it’s so distorted you get frustrated and simply move to the next house. The pictures of my home were amazing!!! She gave me advice on what to clean up, how to de-clutter, how to reposition furniture to make the house seem bigger and brighter and it worked, the house sold in a week. Plus there were 4 other homes on my street for sale, which isn’t a big street either and I was the first to put the “sold” sign on the front lawn. The second home on the street sold a few days later for almost $40,000 less than mine. I’m not making these numbers up, they are true.

I would not hesitate to recommend Susan. We are all so busy with our lives today we have no time to be writing letters but I honestly believe Susan is worth the investment of my time and everyone should share in the Royal LePage experience.
